The big pad capacity of the forged Superlite four piston caliper is combined with oversized rotors for this unique group of specialized application kits. The roots of the forged Superlite are deep in competition. It is a track proven performer. But the FSL is far from one dimensional. Lug mounting and a full range of piston sizes give the FSL widespread adaptability for applications with unique mounting and piston volume requirements. Options for caliper finish and rotor design provide the opportunity to configure these kits for high-tech style with full capability for extreme duty use on the street or at the track.
Having a big engine and trick suspension is really nice, but being able to stop it all quickly is much more important. Wilwood's Forged Superlite 4 Big Brake front disc brake kits are engineered to get that job done on race cars, customs, show cars, and lots of other vehicles. For maximum stopping power, they feature Wilwood's forged billet Superlite 4-piston calipers teamed up with PolyMatrix pads and zinc plated 13 in. directional, slotted, and internally vaned hat-style or hub-type rotors. The hat-type rotors are compatible with existing ABS components. The kits include all brackets, seals, bearings, and mounting hardware needed to make each application a bolt-on proposition.
