Refund policy

Thank you for choosing StreetFX Motorsports! We strive to provide you with top-quality products and ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our return policy for a smooth and hassle-free experience.

1. Product Inspection and Reporting:
Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the items. In case of defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.  You can use the Website portal if you have account or email "orders@streetfx.com.au"

2. Packaging and Shipment Inspection:
We package all products with care to minimize shipping damage. However, it's essential for buyers to inspect both the packaging and the products upon delivery. Please note any damages or irregularities on the freight bill or receipt in the presence of the driver. Retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for inspection by the carrier.

3. Damage Notification and Claims:
Notify all damages within 24 hours at orders@streetfx.com. In cases of damage with proper notation, the carrier will determine whether to cover repair costs or replacement value. Replacement value is non-negotiable and based on the amount paid to the distributor.

4. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes regarding settlement amounts should be addressed directly with the carrier. StreetFX Motorsports is not liable for damaged products or the settlement of claims with the carrier.

5. Return Policy:
  • Special orders are not eligible for returns.
  • To initiate a return, contact us within three (3) days of receiving the parts to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA number).
  • Returned products must reach StreetFX Motorsports within 10 days of receiving the return authorization.

6. Return Conditions:
  • No returns for used, modified, painted, or installed parts.
  • A 25% restocking fee, along with return-shipment charges, applies to all returned products.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

7. Return Authorization and Shipping:
  • Returned products are eligible for store credit only.
  • Products must be in the original shipping carton and the same condition as received.
  • Only the original buyer may request a return. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item.

8. Return Inspection and Costs:
  • StreetFX Motorsports will inspect returned parts to determine their condition.
  • If returned goods are not accepted as defective or returnable, the buyer must cover any incurred costs.

9. Shipping and Insurance:
  • All returns must be shipped prepaid. Returns sent shipping collect or without an RA number will be refused and returned at the buyer's expense.
  • Buyers are advised to insure returned goods for their full value to protect against damage or loss during shipment.
  • Refunds will not be issued for returned products damaged during the return shipment.
