Factory Transmission mounts are built for comfort and the heavily voided Subaru transmission mounts are no exception. Reduce the lag in your shift response and feel by removing the slop from the rubber transmission mounting by inserting Whiteline's low compliance polymer insert. Designed to fill the voided areas in the transmission mount this achieves a crisp feel through gear changes and on/off throttle applications.

Installing Whiteline transmission mount insert bushings--aka, positive shift kits--enable you to hit all gears at any rpm without a problem. The difference in the shift from second to third is night and day, and the hardest part about the install is jacking up the car. These quality bushings from Whiteline are an amazingly affordable solution to solve a troublesome mechanical issue.
