Special inner mounting plate provides an extremely secure mounting point - strong enough for off-road use! The two-piece design allows use with and without tire carrier option. Heavy-duty powder coated steel design looks great and is extremely tough. Mount the Tire Carrier to carry up to a 35 tire. For towing add the optional hitch part number 11580.03.

The modular design of these XHD bumper systems from Rugged Ridge provides dozens of looks and styles to build exactly what you need! First, select an XHD short base, available in a winch mount or light base style--both have a narrow overall width with lots of clearance for front tires. These 8-bolt, frame mount designed bumpers are made of heavy-duty steel and attach quickly with two enclosed D-ring mounting brackets, providing a secure mount with two overbuilt pull points. Two protected cutouts for factory fog lights are included, plus side filler plates for a finished look. Then, add some off-road protection with tough .120 wall tubular options and unique D-ring attachments. All of these components are given a textured black powdercoated finish reinforced with an E-coat undercoating, or upgrade to polished 304 stainless steel for the ultimate street-savvy look.
