Mishimoto has developed an intercooler pipe and boot kit specifically engineered for use on the 2010-2012 Dodge 6.7L Cummins. After investigating the pipe routing and size, our engineers identified numerous areas where improvement was necessary. The Mishimoto intercooler pipes are constructed of mandrel bent aluminum routed in a way that eliminates restrictive bends present in the factory pipes. Along with this we increased the pipe diameter from 3" to 3.5" to provide substantial improvements in power, airflow, and EGTs. Mishimoto DuraCore boots and constant-tension T-bolt clamps are also included in this kit. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots. Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. The Mishimoto Dodge 6.7L Cummins intercooler piping and boot kit is designed to work with our performance intercooler. The kit is made in the USA and includes the Mishimoto lifetime warranty.
Mishimoto intercooler and pipe kits let your engine breathe in the coolest, densest air possible to help improve performance and overall efficiency of heat dissipation, along with being strong enough to handle just about anything. Mishimoto performance intercoolers offer increased core volume and fin surface area, which results in increased flow, reduced outlet temperatures, and the ability to generate gains in horsepower and torque. Intercoolers are available in black or silver. Pipes are available polished or with a black powdercoat.
