MagnaFlow Direct-Fit Catalytic Converters are designed for easy bolt-on installation for the Professional Installer. Each is designed to exact the original equipment specifications. While the majority of the Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter products do not require welding; cutting or bending; limited applications may require additional welding for optimal installation.
MagnaFlow HM Grade Federal/EPA Compliant direct-fit catalytic converters help keep the check engine light off, and DIY installation is easy with the proper tools (no cutting or welding required). With features including mandrel-bent tubing to eliminate flow restrictions and stainless steel construction to resist corrosion, you can have confidence in the quality of these catalytic converters. Using state-of-the-art 3D scanning systems in the design process, MagnaFlow metrology department ensures these catalytic converters to fit and function like the original equipment, and to avoid potential exhaust leaks the correct gaskets are included to get a proper seal. They are designed to meet or exceed Federal emissions requirements set forth by the EPA, complying with legal standards for OBDII Federally registered vehicles with Federal/EPA Emission systems.
