Every long tube exhaust header system is hand built with CNC mandrel bent tubing for unrestrictive exhaust flow and maximum performance, 3/8 laser cut flanges, patented scavenging collector design and gasket less ball and socket connectors for easy installation. Every exhaust header has been designed specifically for your application to get the most horsepower and torque out of the engine. BBK long tube exhaust headers outperform the competition in quality value and performance. All headers are a direct fit bolt on replacement when used with the correct matching mid-pipes which are available with high flow catalytic converters and in off road race versions. Constructed from heavy 14-gauge, mandrel-bent tubing with 3/8 in. thick die-stamped flanges, these headers come in your choice of coated finishes. Gaskets and mounting hardware are included. Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts, and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment.
