aFe Large Bore-HD exhaust systems are constructed from mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing with high-quality band clamps and OE-style bayonet hangers. They use factory mounting locations to provide a quick, hassle-free installation. Also included with many of these diesel systems is a massive wrinkle-black powdercoated or polished 304 stainless steel tip with a laser-cut stainless steel aFe power badge. aFe Large Bore-HD exhaust systems are the perfect combination of performance, fit, and value and feature: * Leak-free 360 degree sealing * Stable pipe location in high-vibration and high-heat conditions * Bayonet tips hold hanger bushings in place for an OE-style fit * Large diameter tubing provides maximum flow * Smooth bends for low turbulence, increased horsepower and torque, and lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) * Slash-cut tips with intercooling vents reduce EGTs at the tailpipe (most applications) * Available in DPF-back, cat-back, turbo-back, and downpipe-back configurations (varies by model) * Select systems include dual outlets and exhaust tips Note: Some of these systems are "Race Only" products sold solely for competition use.
